Introduction
Competition in today’s global insurance market is relentless with customers ever more demanding. With the help of technology leaders, senior commentators, and market experts, this thought provoking 90-minute forum sheds light onto some of the ‘newer-than-new’ developments in digital transformation which improve business decision making, customer engagement, data security and expose new opportunities for business growth. There will be an opportunity to put questions to the presenters at the end of the forum.
PRESENTATION 1
“Leveraging behavioural analytics to transform the underwriting journey"
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), supported by Entelect will reveal some latest cutting-edge digital first approach innovations which leverage data and advanced analytics to refine risk assessments, enhance customer experience and retention, and improve productivity and decision-making across health, and life insurance. This session will focus on:
Reduction of drop-off rates of buyers “giving up” during exhaustive questionnaires.
Improved accuracy of underwriting disclosures through the application of behavioural science techniques to improve management of risk.
Reflection on behavioural related data used to improve the customer experience whilst also reducing anti-selection and fraud.
PRESENTATION 2
“Latest ransomware trends, tricks and tripwires to avoid in 2025. Forewarned is forearmed...or at very least prepared and informed”
Surprising no one, 2024 marked another ‘worst year ever’ for data breaches and cyber-incidents, with the threat this year of cyberattacks accelerating in frequency and complexity. It’s clear that the stakes for businesses – irrespective of size – facing IT disaster recovery have never been higher. So, when prevention fails, will you still be data ready, recovery ready and compliant?
Richard Cassidy, EMEA CISO at Rubrik will provide his insights on latest best practice to help you and your organisation drive digital resilience forward in 2025.
